Yoga is a mind-body practice which uses:

Sarah earned her RYT 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Yoga London in 2013 and has been teaching and practicing around the world ever since. Originally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, she takes an eclectic approach, integrating restorative elements to support nervous system regulation. Her classes blend breathwork, meditation, and a variety of asanas, thoughtfully adapted to meet each student’s unique needs.

Restorative Slow Flow Yoga

When: Monday 7.00 - 8.00 pm

Location: Soul Float, Unit 2, The Wave, Tregoniggie Industrial Estate, Falmouth TR11 4SN

Cost: First class $6 with code FIRSTCLASS. £12 per session or £50 for a 5 class pass to be used within 8 weeks of purchase

Morning Slow Flow Yoga

When: Wednesday 7.30-8.30 am

Location: Pure Yoga, 3 Hayman Way, Falmouth TR11 2JN

Cost: First class £6 with code FIRSTCLASS1 £12 per session or £50 for a 5 class pass to be used within 8 weeks of purchase

Individual or group private yoga classes

Location: Your home or studio in Falmouth

Cost: £100 for a one hour yoga session (up to 3 people - additional £10 per person)
