Sarah earned her RYT 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Yoga London in 2013 and has been teaching and practicing around the world ever since. Originally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, she takes an eclectic approach, integrating restorative elements to support nervous system regulation. Her classes blend breathwork, meditation, and a variety of asanas, thoughtfully adapted to meet each student’s unique needs.
